SHIPPING INFORMATION

General Shipping Times and Policy

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS TO SHIP ORDERS (Especially During Busy Periods for florist such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, however all items are hand-made and at busier periods your order can take up to three working days to be fulfilled, to then be shipped with either DPD (UK) or FedEx (International).

We use DPD as our main courier for shipments and all our shipments are fully tracked and you will receive a time-slot for your delivery once it has left the warehouse. All of our items are hand-made.

Change of address

We are only able to change the address of your order if it is not yet fulfilled. If it already has been fulfilled, we advise that you reach our to the courier provided with your tracking number, or please contact us on contact@flowerboxco.co and we will contact our account manager.

Order Cancellation

Due to the fast nature of our logistics and floral specialists working on orders straight away, we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours of placing.

How do I find my tracking number?

Once you have received your email to say your order has been dispatched, you will get a following email that includes a tracking and reference number. Please email us if you have further questions whilst waiting for your tracking.
